Age limits/restrictions:

Our age banding/restrictions have been implemented in order to ensure that the we can provide the best opportunities to all participants and ensure that they are able to access the provision without detracting from theirs or others enjoyment and progression. We withhold the right to be flexible with this banding, as we appreciate all children develop at different stages. However this decision will be determined by our teachers/coaches after discussion with the booker and if agreed, an initial trial session.

*Please note that this does NOT apply to holiday camps.

Inclusion:

We foster an inclusive and supportive environment within which all children will have the opportunity to join and participate in our classes, clubs and camps.
We offer an initial trial club/class to ensure that all children are confident and happy and that our teachers/coaches believe that the environment is the correct one for their enjoyment and development.

Trial clubs/classes:

We offer an initial trial club/class to ensure that all children are confident and happy and that our teachers/coaches believe that the environment is the correct one for their enjoyment and development. The date and time of the trial club/class must be agreed to by the booker and Inspire 2B Active prior to commencement of the trial.

Behaviour/conduct:

Bullying or discrimination of any form will not be tolerated. Although we appreciate that children are growing, learning and developing, if behaviour becomes regularly disruptive and is detracting from the opportunities of other participants, we will discuss and consider their continuation within the club, class or camp.
Inspire 2B Active will provide all equipment required for land based classes. Inspire 2B Active reserve the right to request payment from the participant for repair or replacement of any equipment damaged through deliberate misuse and or vandalism.

Refunds and cancellations:

A full refund will only be issued if Inspire 2B Active cancel a class, club or camp. For cancelations made by the purchaser with a minimum of 24 hours notice, a credit note will be offered. For cancelations made by the purchaser of less than 24 hours no refund/credit note will be issued.
